A bread with 100% rye is a whole-grain bread. It’s much healthier than your typical wheat
bread. It has fewer carbohydrates, more fibres , and generally fills your stomach nicely (per
calorie eaten).The bread has a soft crust, a dense but soft crumb, a nice chew, and a slight
crunch from the moist seeds.
INGREDIENTS: Organic rye flour, organic broken and whole rye grains, flax seeds,, sunflower
seeds, malt, water, sourdough, sea salt. Sprinkled with rough rolled rye flakes on top.
ALLERGEN INFORMATION: CONTAINS SESAME SEEDS. May contain traces of milk, egg,
soy, peanuts and tree nuts.
