Our 900 gm classic community Sourdough.
Simply sourdough bread made from organic or sustainable stone milled regional grains.
Handcrafted, slow fermented over two days and stone baked to create deep flavours and a
delicious crust. Perfect paired with soup, made into sandwiches, or as toast with breakfast.
INGREDIENTS: sustainable premium white WHEAT flour, sustainable RYE flour,
sustainable SPELT flour, sustainable EMMER flour (Wholegrain Milling), filtered
water, pink lake salt (Mount Zero).
ALLERGEN INFORMATION: May contain traces of milk, egg, soy, peanuts, sesame
seeds and tree nuts.
