800gm. A bread with 100% rye is a whole-grain bread.
It’s much healthier than your typical wheat bread. It has fewer carbohydrates, more fibres , and generally fills your stomach nicely (per calorie eaten). The bread has a soft crust, a dense but soft crumb, a nice chew, and a slight crunch from the moist seeds.
Ingredients
Organic rye flour, organic broken and whole rye grains, flax seeds,, sunflower seeds, malt, water, sourdough, sea salt. Sprinkled with rough rolled rye flakes on top.
